We are able to draw on our more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources at multinational manufacturing and trading companies, as well as 15 years of experience in top management roles.

what we do?

Executive Search

Direct search for suitable candidates for top management, middle management and special positions.

We use our network of contacts from our previous extensive corporate and consulting experience to conduct detailed market research and identify potential candidates.

We only ever work on assignments with senior experienced consultants.

HR Business Partnering

We do not seek to be interim managers, but if needed we can navigate the internal HR department, e.g., during the long-term absence of a HR manager, or provide systematic support for an HR specialist who has been newly promoted to the role of HR manager. 

We can handle any demanding tasks regarding Labour Relations in instances when the internal HR department lacks the necessary capacity or sufficient experience or skills.

I’ve known František for many years in his position as an external client. Based on my many years of experience as a leader at a consultancy company performing HR projects, I have a very good idea regarding the functioning of HR in manufacturing companies.
